Twin/Tone Records veterans The Scene Is Now! top a stacked bill that also features Hoboken supergroup Glenn Morrow’s Cry For Help! Experimental artist and WFMU DJ Abbie From Mars will be opening the show with what’s sure to be an eclectic performance.

Tom is DJing at the brand new 503 Social Club in Hoboken on Sunday, March 10th for CRASH X BASH!

Jersey City’s own Jonny Couch tops a killer bill that also features Nicole Yun (with drummer Tom Barrett) and Best Dressed Ghost on Thursday, March 7th at Pet Shop! In 2023, Yun released her second solo album, Matter, and Couch released a rockin’ single called “Sweet Charlene.”

Tom will be DJing at the Historic Harsimus Cemetery on Friday, October 20th for the Ghost of Uncle Joe’s! He’ll be curating a set of all GOTH vinyl under his Halloween alter ego: Tom Gallows of Don’t Look At My Records!

For those who’ve never attended, Ghost of Uncle Joe’s is an incredible annual event held in the Historic Jersey City and Harsimus Cemetery. Local bands and artists dress up and perform as legendary bands (i.e. Ramones, The Stroke, etc.). In recent years, the event has evolved into a multi-day affair with two nights of performances at the cemetery and after parties at Jersey City watering holes like Pet Shop, Porta, Low Fidelity Bar, and more.

The Friday 10/20 show at the cemetery features bands/artists performing as Motörhead, Primus, Taking Back Sunday, Nirvana, and more. The show starts at 6 pm and tickets are available now via Eventbrite.

Pet Shop is hosting a listening party on Thursday, October 12th for the newly reissued deluxe edition of The Replacements classic 1985 album Tim, which is out now via Rhino Records.

In addition to playing the record in full, Tom will be spinning a set of all Minneapolis punk/indie in honor of the band’s hometown. There will also be some rare memorabilia on display (cassettes, old press releases, posters, and more). The best damn Replacements cover band in the land, Bastards of Old, will also be playing two sets of all ‘Mats covers. And if all of that wasn’t enticing enough, there’s also gonna be a raffle for a copy of the record!

The fun starts at 7 p.m. on the 12th.

Look At My Records! own Tom Gallo will be spinning vinyl at the monthly Pacific Flea Market on Saturday, July 8th. Located at 149 Pacific Ave. in the Bergen-Lafayette section of Jersey City, this outdoor market features a wide-variety of vendors, including vintage seller, collectible dealers, and more.

The market runs from 11 A.M. to 5 P.M.
